Bulk publishing to Knowledge Articles

Knowledge:Bridge provides the ability to bulk publish multiple pages in a Confluence Space to Salesforce Knowledge Articles. The ‘Publish Space’ feature perform the bulk publish action on the entire content in a Space to which metadata has been pre-assigned for publishing. Any pages that do not have associated metadata (Categories, Channels, and Record Types) are ignored from this action.

Selecting this action will cause the pages to be published or updated (if previously published).

You can choose to publish all the pages in this set in ‘Draft’ or ‘Public’ (visible in assigned channels) mode. Additional options allow for pages with links to unpublished pages to be ignored from this list. Similarly, any third-party macros not supported by Knowledge:Bridge and that can cause unpredictable behavior when rendered in Salesforce Knowledge Article and Community portals, may also be ignored.
