Salesforce Hyperforce migration and its impact on zAgileConnect
For zAgileConnect customers who are currently using Salesforce with Jira Server or Jira Data Center. Please note that this does not impact connectivity with Jira Cloud.
As you may be aware, Salesforce has begun to move customer orgs to Hyperforce.
This move will impact the existing connectivity between your Salesforce and on-premise Jira instance(s) if you have previously whitelisted Salesforce IP addresses for bidirectional exchange with Jira.
For information on preparing your org for the migration, as well as to query where your org is hosted and whether it has been moved to Hyperforce, please refer to the following post from Salesforce:
How to Prepare for an Org Migration
If you have previously whitelisted Salesforce IP addresses, please refer to the following posts (referenced in the post above) specifically in the context of Hyperforce:
Salesforce IP Addresses and Domains to Allow
Preferred Alternatives to IP Allowlisting on Hyperforce (note that zAgileConnect support for mTLS was added in v1.14.14)
The specific actions will depend on your Network/IT configurations, as well as internal policies. However, this note is to alert you on the impact of the migration to Hyperforce on the existing connectivity between your Salesforce and on-premise Jira instance.
