Restricting Related JIRA Issues page to View-Only
zAgileConnect provides configurability for restricting issue create/link/update access for users who only need the ability to view Case-related Issues. This is achieved by editing Permission Set Assignments for each user for whom the VF page must be in read-only mode. By selecting ‘zAgileConnect Read Only’ Permission Set, the Related JIRA Issues VisualForce page will render without Issue Edit/Update/Link options (as shown in example below).
