Upgrade Advisory Re: upcoming Jira Cloud API changes impacting zAgileConnect

For zAgileConnect customers who are currently using Salesforce with Jira Cloud 

Please note that this does not impact customers using only Jira Server or Jira Data Center.

Atlassian has communicated its plans (currently - May 1st, 2025) to roll out some changes to Jira Cloud APIs that will require an update of zAgileConnect to the latest version of 1.14.x or 1.16.x, depending on the major version that is currently deployed. 

The latest version of 1.14 may be upgraded directly from the Salesforce AppExchange.  We recommend upgrading to this version in advance of Atlassian's rollout (before May 1st).

For customers using zAgileConnect Release 1.16.x, please contact us for access to the latest version of the package.

Please review the Release Notes and upgrade instructions below. We strongly recommend performing the upgrade first in a sandbox environment (best practice).
