Knowledge:Bridge provides the ability to bulk unpublish multiple pages, this will delete the Knowledge Articles in Salesforce and remove any Knowledge:Bridge metadata associated with the pages. The ‘Unpublish Space’ feature from Confluence Space Settings performs the bulk unpublish action on the selected content in a Space.
The pages can be filtered by Title or by Status.
This action will cause the selected pages to be unpublished from Salesforce Knowledge.
A notification email address can be optionally added.
Once it is confirmed, the pages will be queued for unpublish and it will redirect you to view the progress. Use the refresh icon to review the bulk unpublish progress.
