Once a new junction object is created, Master-Detail relationships need to be defined between this junction object and Opportunity and ZIssue (Jira).
First, we define a Master-Detail relationship with Opportunity.

Field-level security with this field must be defined for Profiles that will need to access these relationships

Field should be included in selected Page Layouts
Custom Related Lists for ZIssue (Jira Issue) need to be included in the selected Page Layouts.
